Welcome to DriveFit
DriveFit Driver Performance Training combines real-world professional racing experience with individualized strength, conditioning, nutrition, and performance coaching. Co-founder John Dean II is a professional race car driver, 2015 Mazda MX-5 Cup Champion, Mazda Road to 24 scholarship driver, driver coach, and founder of Sick Sideways Racing. Alongside him, Chris Bates, owner of Fitness Factory, brings years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness and nutrition coach, and competitive-performance coach. Together, John and Chris created DriveFit to address the physical demands drivers actually experience behind the wheel—from neck, core and grip strength to cardiovascular endurance, heat tolerance, recovery, hydration, nutrition and mental sharpness. Every DriveFit program is built around the individual driver, their racing schedule, their current fitness level and the equipment available to them, helping drivers of all ages develop the physical foundation to perform better in the car and build longevity in their racing careers.
